Eastern Chamber organizes leadership development program for women in February
The training program (management and leadership skills), organized by the East Chamber during the period 2 -4 Feb 2014 review the latest theories of leadership types, choosing the right leadership style for every position. The meeting to be held in Dammam main Center embraced how possible Administration facilitate recognize the participation, and leadership skills. The program aims to define the meaning and functions of management, the meaning of leadership and skills to clarify the difference between leadership and management, so the difference between a leader and a Manager.
Benefiting from the program managers and supervisors, Assistant, candidate for leadership and managerial positions, working in the leadership groups, and who want to develop leadership and supervisory skills, the program also helps develop the operational professional development defy the beneficiaries as well as providing a golden opportunity for participants to think from another perspective and provides the opportunity to take a strategic leadership roles for the work performed.
