Aramco submitted a working paper summarizes the experience
Eastern Chamber concludes the program "corporate social responsibility .. the road to organizational excellence"
East Chamber concluded Thursday 19 December 2013 the advanced training program for corporate social responsibility. The road to excellence ' which lasted for three days amid the active participation of the attendees. Adviser and trainer in social responsibility, Dr. Saleh bin Salim Al-hammouri trainings, workshops and practical applications of the participants on the operational framework for social responsibility in companies in several areas: establishment of a working group to lead the social responsibility, and to develop a methodology for Community responsibility, consistent with the objectives of the Organization, and ensure the commitment of senior management and staff, and the ideas and proposals of major partners, the establishment of an executive team, prepare an action plan, measure and track performance.
He presented: established a company responsible for setting community, professional reports on social responsibility, guidance and mechanisms to enable application and integrate responsible practices community and social responsibility relationship with some of the concepts (the green economy, sustainability, ethics, ethical practices, citizenship, the Islamic Waqf). The program provided Saudi Aramco experience where the social responsibility Director reviewed the company's Tamim Al-matooq structural configuration of citizenship based on the needs and requirements of the company and take advantage of their strength, adding that the project vision is to be the influential leaders to bring about sustainable economic and social opportunities to achieve a high level of luxury in Saudi Arabia and in other places where we do business.
Al-matooq pointed out that Saudi Aramco would continue the efforts with diverse needs and focus on citizenship which will help expand and deepen the process of positive impact and achieve the goals of social responsibility. On behalf of the Secretary General of the Chamber lecturer and participant honored by the Assistant Secretary-General for public relations and media sector in the Chamber Mr. Abdulrahman Ibn alhumain with certificates.
