Commercial concealment in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry
East Chamber represented by equipment leasing committee organizes a
public lecture entitled " risks and damages of concealment " it
embraces it on Thursday, March 24, 2016 in the headquarters of the
Chamber in Dammam.
The general secretary of the Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al wabel
said that the meeting which will be held at 10:00 presented by the General
Director of the General Department for fighting Commercial concealment in the
Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Omar bin Mohammed Al suhaibany who speaks
about the most important decisions and recommendations in this field in
addition to the efforts of the ministry in the elimination of commercial
concealment through the enactment of legislation that contribute to it and
applying them in cooperation with its partners in the specialist departments.
For his part, Chairman of the equipment leasing Fayez Al-Yousef said that the
phenomenon of commercial concealment rots amid the economic sector in any
country, the ministry has managed through its task forces to detect a large
proportion of the violations, with a number of decisions that facilitated the
entry of country's' boys to enter in the business and the
establishment of small projects with high standards that draw a new face of
commercial reality.
It is worth mentioning that the commercial concealment involves
major damages, including the small investor of the existing opportunities
and the spread of the illegal competition and the increasing cases
of fraud and the growth of unemployment as well as the social and security
damage damages.
Worth mentioning is that The Chamber allocated Sheikh Hamad Al-Gosaibi Hall to
men attendance, and Al Jazira Hall to the ladies.
