East Chamber organize Wednesday a workshop entitled (strategic planning for family businesses)
The Eastern Chamber organize Wednesday 28 may 2014 workshop (strategic planning for the family business), in cooperation with the Arab family business center, in the business Hall Chamber branch in Jubail. the Chamber Abdulrahman Abdullah Al wabil said that a workshop will be held at 9 am and continue until 2 pm specializes in strategic management and family business,Dr. Sami bin Abdullah Al wahaibi seeks to increase awareness of the importance of strategic planning for the family business by discussing the concept of family business and strategic management, detailed in some steps of the strategic planning for business and families in particular. He said that the workshop aims to raise awareness of the importance of strategic planning for the family business, as well as leadership development and strategic planning of the participants through the practical application of some of the planning tools. He said also that the workshop will discuss four main themes, first with the concept of family business, and the second axis focuses on the concept of strategic planning, while the third theme Analysis of external environment, focusing on encouraging the participation of the fourth axis of the family, includes two axes study and discussion of two one of them revolve around work and family second.
