Chamber Committees holding an extensive meetings
During the period 6-8 June in order to identify participant's activities
Eastern Chamber plans to hold several extended meetings to a number of committees approved by the Chamber Council to support the business sector in the Eastern Region.
Eastern Chamber Secretary General,Mr.Adnan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaim explained that these meetings will be held during the period (6-8) in June 2010 will be the first phase of the committee's formation as participants will be recognized according to their activities and their desire to support the committee programs by joining the membership.
Moreover; he explained that meetings will be held according to the following sectors: (equipments, bakeries, agriculture, fisheries, maritime transport, insurance, finance activity and installment).
It is worth mentioning that the Chamber requires several conditions for membership of these committees, the same conditions applied before: A letter from the company explaining the candidate name and position, copy of national identity, copy of the CR indicating the company activities (for the previous 3 years) and a copy of the chamber subscription for (2008-2010) in addition to CV's.
The Chamber board in its sixteenth session has formed 23 committees, including 3 new of them concerned with bakery, equipment and installment sectors.
