Asharqia chamber Launches the 9th Edition of the "Jobs 2023" Exhibition Tomorrow

The event is organized by the Asharqia Chamber of Commerce through its Employment Center at the Dhahran International Exhibitions Company "Dhahran Expo." The exhibition will welcome job seekers from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
In his statement about the exhibition, Badr bin Sulaiman Al-Ruzzaiza, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Asharqia Chamber of Commerce, emphasized that it is a strategic choice within the chamber's annual plans and objectives. He stated that the exhibition represents a direct employment channel that allows job seekers to interact directly with nearly 167 companies seeking to attract qualified national talents in various fields. He expressed his gratitude to His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, the Prince of the Eastern Province, for his gracious patronage of the exhibition.
Badr bin Sulaiman Al-Ruzzaiza highlighted that the 9th edition of the Jobs Exhibition aims to support efforts in localizing employment, emphasizing the role of the business sector in providing job opportunities for young men and women. The exhibition also aims to fulfill the labor needs of the business sector with qualified national workforce, facilitate communication between the business sector and training and employment service providers, exchange experiences and best practices among participants in the field of human resources management and employment.
He added, "We look forward to making the exhibition the best choice for both establishments and job seekers in the Eastern Province." He pointed out that the exhibition serves as a platform that opens doors for national talents, allowing them to showcase their potential, creativity, and multiple skills while supporting our national choices. He emphasized that the human resource is one of the most important pillars in sustaining economic growth. It is the vital element in work and production. The productivity of countries increases whenever they are managed by qualified human resources capable of addressing future needs. This gives countries the ability to compete effectively in the global economy.
Badr bin Sulaiman Al-Ruzzaiza explained that the significance of the exhibition is reflected in three fundamental aspects. Firstly, it lies in the companies facing challenges in sourcing qualified national human resources. Participation in the exhibition stands as one of the most crucial means for these companies to acquire specialized national talents and expertise. Secondly, the exhibition benefits scientifically and practically qualified young individuals by providing them with several options to apply their knowledge and experience. Lastly, the third and final aspect involves intermediary organizations responsible for training, education, qualification, and facilitating the relationship between the employer and the job seeker. Through the exhibition, these intermediaries can showcase their services and offerings.
