Asharqia Chamber achieves award of Best Work Environment after strong competition with 52 facilities

For the third year successively, Asharqia Chamber won the 7th rank as the best work environment among (the Small-Medium Enterprises) for 2010 announced on Monday. This completion was organized by Team One Consulting in cooperation with Al-Eqtissadiya Newspaper. After strong competition with 52 facilities.
In this regard said Chairman of Asharqia Chamber Abdulrahman Al-Rashid that achieving this rank came as a result of hard work and collective efforts from the board members and its various departments and divisions and specialized centers to achieve a key goal which is providing the best services for the participants of the chamber.
Al-Rashid thanked all the chamber staff; stressing on their role in achieving such success.
Secretary General of Asharqia Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel commented that this came as a result of the hard work and collective efforts from the board members and its various departments. Saying that the ideal work environment is a constant objective by Asharqia Chamber, which sees it as a condition of success of any business in any facility.
In this aspect, Chamber also adopted a new mechanism to develop human resources through specialized courses for all staff, also adopted a structured mechanism for the transfer to an electronic environment in all its transactions.
This award is a continuous for other awards obtained by the chamber, which all reflect the role of the chamber in many important areas, as achieving price of Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz for Saudization Award, and Prince Mohammed bin Fahad bin Abdulaziz on charity services, and the Middle East award for the third outstanding Customer Service. Its noteworthy that chamber has recently acquired the ISO certificate. And achieved 81.3 % of Saudization among its employees.
As a matter of the keen in the Saudi employee ;the chamber has set up represented the management by the human resources has created a character called (Denaar) representing the Saudi employee in its personality and reality , to reach his voice to the concerned departments in this leading step .
