Asharqia Chamber trains KFIA Staff
Launching the second training program "Excellence in Customer Service"
Eastern Chamber represented by the training centertraining continues its training programs aiming to develop the business sectors of the Eastern Province, by starting the second session of implementing training & development programs for KFIA staff in the "Excellence in customer service" to provide the best service for the airport passengers and arrivals.
Chamber Secretary-General, Mr.Adnan Al Nuaim said that such training programs based on the partnership with KFIA airport management to provide support in training and rehabilitation of the airport staff through cooperation with leading specialists in the development of trained human resources.
Emphasing that these training programs are implementing he cooperation agreement signed with the airport management, in which chamber will provide 6 training sessions for 150 employees in the area of customer service care by the best trainers approved by the University of Cambridge and Arabic speaking.
On the other hand, Dr. Saeed Bin Obaid Bin Nmshah, General Manager of Support Services at King Fahd airport gave the trainers certificates of the first program session on Monday, May 3rd, 2010 at the closing ceremony of the program.
The Chamber started the implementation of the first two training programs in collaboration with the training department at the airport in November last year, and completed the rest of the training programs terms of the agreement for a new group of the staff.
