Asharqia Chamber signs agreement to organize the first forum of the work environment
In partnership with Team One Co. to starts at the end of May
Asharqia Chamber signed an agreement with (Team One) to organize the first working environment forum inthe Kingdom ... Reality and challenges under the title "We are a better working environment" during the period (25- 26 May 2010) in the Chamber building in Dammam.
The General-Secretary, Mr. Adnan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaim said after signing the contract on Tuesday with the Board Chairman of Team One Co. the forum aims to spread the working environment culture in the Kingdom, to improve the working environment at the global level, and to show the most successful local experiences in building the ideal business environment.
He added that the forum will address many of the most prominent themes (strategies of human resources) will explore the role of leadership in building the ideal working environment in Saudi Arabia, and deals the participants in the forum to the key success factors in the management of human resources. While the forum will discuss under the (training and career development) Methods used in spending on training, the most prominent practices in identifying the training needs in the work environment in Saudi Arabia.
While under the forum discusses the axis (Employee Relations) a number of topics on the culture of the working environment in the Kingdom, and the lessons learned from the leading enterprises in the Kingdom.
Under the axis(Performance Management) the forum discusses the best management practices for optimum job performance in the work environment in Saudi Arabia, and under the axis (The Use of Technology) will review the major challenges in this area, and how to overcome them.
