In a meeting that included representatives of the participating government agencies,
Asharqia Chamber reviews the preparations for the Eid Al-Fitr celebration entertainment program.
The Secretary General of Asharqia Chamber, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel, stressed the excellence of the entertainment program for the Eastern Region Eid Al-fitr celebration 1439H. The Events Fund in the Chamber would organize the celebration that is accompanied by various activities in the first day of Eid Al-Fitr and it would last for 6 days in different locations.
This came during a meeting that included representatives of participating government agencies and the supporting bodies in the organization, which was held at the headquarters of the Chamber in Dammam. It reviewed the executive plan for the main ceremony in addition to the plans of the organization for the rest of the accompanying events.
Al-Wabel stressed that the Chamber is keen to organize celebrations in accordance with the highest standards in a way that ensures its success and excellence.
He said that the ceremony is under the patronage of the Prince of the Eastern Region, His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef, and will witness surprises that would delight the audience at the building of the General Authority for Sport in Dammam (the Green Arena).
He pointed out that the Chamber-through this year's activities-are working to provide entertainment in line with the expectations and aspirations of the people and visitors of the region, through a free entertainment program directed to all members of the family.
Al-Wabel added that the meeting was held in accordance with the usual care of the Chamber to organize its activities, during which we review and follow-up all details related to the work plans of the participating parties and the extent of readiness in the implementation of its tasks and its role in organizing the ceremony.
In addition, they discuss the plans of the security agencies to cover the main concert sites and its accompanying events in order to "achieve the success we seek from all aspects of regulation."
The Secretary General of the Chamber thanked all governmental bodies for their constant cooperation with the Chamber to ensure that the celebrations are organized in a distinctive manner.
