Asharqia Chamber reviews the experience of Al-Jabr Holding Group in community development
As part of a series of successful experiences, the Social Responsibility Center in Asharqia Chamber organized an evening that reviewed the experience of Al Jabr Holding Group in community development, on Wednesday evening, March 9, 2022.
The Managing Director of Al-Jabr Holding Company and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association, Abdul Salam Al-Jabr, said that the Foundation, through its vision, is keen to provide a unique experience for stakeholders, as it meets their needs and increases their loyalty, through the work team, pointing to the funding sources that it relies on charitable work. Which allocates a portion of the company's budget, from marketing campaigns, partnerships with customers or employees, and the balances of unknown customers.
Al-Jabr explained that the Foundation works following organizational frameworks to provide charitable works in cash or in kind, represented in social services and charitable causes, in the way that the true Islamic religion urges, stressing that the greatest result and the most beautiful feeling in which the donor is happy to see the impact of his donation before his eyes.
Al-Jabr indicated that the Foundation is working on several training programs aimed at developing talents and skills, such as new employee programs, administrative and technical training programs, and distance training, in addition to programs related to the work environment, sports activities, lifestyle, traffic safety, the environment, and the taxi initiative.
On the issue of business sustainability and its importance in continuing to bid for the charitable project, Al-Jabr said that the Foundation uses a set of assets as annual revenue that generates income for its activities by purchasing several income-generating assets and the founders relinquishing some of their properties to the foundation.
