Asharqia Chamber ranks among the top 100 Asian organizations in the working environment.
Asharqia Chamber has achieved a new milestone in its internal working environment. It has been selected by the global research and consulting company "Great Place to Work" as one of the top 100 organizations in Asia in this regard. This recognition comes after the Chamber's achievement of the ninth position within the best working environments in the Kingdom just a few months ago, as analyzed by the same specialized global company.
The Chairman of the Asharqia Chamber's Board of Directors, Badr bin Suleiman Al-Ruzzaiza, stated that the working environment within the Chamber is thriving. This is evident in several aspects, including the stability and job continuity among the Chamber's workforce and talents. He noted that the Chamber's achievement of this recognition reflects its rising and expanding performance in delivering its outputs to the business sector. It also represents a commitment to the internal working environment and motivating factors for its employees, as well as its continuous dedication to excellence and leadership, not only at the local level but also at the regional and international levels, ultimately reaching the highest levels of performance.
He emphasized that providing an ideal working environment in the Chamber is one of the strategic goals it places at the top of its priorities. This stems from its firm belief that excellence and leadership in providing services to its members and the entire business sector can only be achieved by creating a work environment that encourages productivity and creativity.
Al-Ruzzaiza highlighted the continuous effort to support a culture of excellence, starting from the mission formulated for its human resources. The mission aims to motivate its workforce to carry out their work with the highest level of professionalism and expertise, meeting the aspirations of the private sector. This has led to a policy of continuous development through optimal investment in available resources, the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, and empowering competencies.
