Asharqia Chamber represented by the
training center organized recently a training program directed for both sexes titled
(debt collecting skills), which discussed several topics: the basics of
finance, collection and credit cycle.
The program aims to give trainees the most effective skills to increase their
efficiency and their ability to collect from delayed customers to pay with
their different segments and personalities and the strategies for negotiating
with customers to persuade them to pay, in addition to the professional controls
and ethical commitment of all the products and services regardless of the
collateral kind.
The Presenter Dr. Abdulrahman Abu Khalid spoke in the Special Session for the staff
of Abdulla Fouad Holding Group about five sections: first, about the basics of
finance, collection and course credit and the ideal job descriptions for the collection and
following up professionals, the gradual escalation, motives
and incentives of payment for the delayed customers.
The second part of the program, which was held over three days training
discussed: types of collecting skills (by
phone, and in the field, restoring and acquisitions), in addition to
negotiating the payment and using questions in smart way and the art of dealing
with the various customer segments according to their personalities, and the
third section: reviewed how to deal with The most common excuses and repeat
solving problems and objections to the customer, and the ability to learn more
than 50 different way to search for customers delaying repayment.
The fourth section : about the laws and regulations in the Kingdom related to
debt collection, controls the commitment of the Saudi Monetary Agency, and the
legal rights of customers, standards and professional controls of the collectors,
and the fifth and the last section : the lecturer discussed practical and effective
strategies and tactics for the field visits
in restoring cars from the delaying payment customers.
