Under the patronage of the Prince of the Eastern Region.
His
Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the
Eastern Region, will hold the fourth edition of the 2017 mployment Exhibition, organized by Asharqia Chamber, during the period from 23 to 26 October 2017 in Dhahran Expo, on Dammam Al Khobar coastal road, with the participation
of a large number of companies, and those concerned with settlement,
training and Saudization.
Abdulrahman
bin Saleh Al Ataishan, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and
Industry, said: "The 2017 mployment Exhibition aims to support the efforts of
localization of jobs in the private sector, highlighting the role of the
business sector in attracting national talent, providing job
opportunities for Saudi youth, and connecting between the business
sector and training and employment services providers and specialists in human resources management and employment on the other hand.
He added that among the goals of this exhibition, which is held
for the fourth time in a row and with continuous success is to create an
atmosphere of professional awareness and improve skills and abilities
among those who wish to work through sound planning for their
professional future, especially in choosing the profession that best
suits their qualifications and abilities.
"This
exhibition, which we look forward to be the best choice in employment and job seekers in the Eastern Region, is the channel
that opens the door to a great stream of national talent, looking for
job opportunities that highlight their energy, and the personal aspirations, and supports our unlimited development
option, stressing that the human element is the basis in this country,
regardless of his job location and place of work.
The
Head of the Chamber referred to the issue of "
settlement culture", which the Chamber seeks within a group of
national actors to disseminate it in the social and economic circles
through this exhibition and other other activities, saying that this
culture is the mainstay of national human resources, which
is the basis of the National Transformation Project adopted by the
Saudi Vision 2030, pointing that such exhibitions and other events
enable us to spot the national competencies and then recruit them to
serve national economic projects. Saudi youth are our weapon in the
battle for development. .
He
said that the exhibition is an important step in supporting the
national transformation project in the vision of the Kingdom of 2030.
This sponsorship is one of the most important factors that gave this
exhibition the success we see in its results and its manifestations are
reflected in the great interaction year after year by companies and
institutions interested in resettlement, or to attract national skills.
For
his part, Secretary General of the Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al
Wabel said that the importance of the exhibition is presented in three
basic aspects. The first is that companies facing some challenges in
providing qualified human resources will find their participation in
this exhibition. The
second side comes within the framework of benefiting the scientifically
and practically qualified young man. The exhibition provides them with
several options to apply their knowledge and experience. The third and
final aspect is to be represented in the intermediaries that carry out
training, education and coordination between the worker and job seeker, to provide through the exhibition all its services and offers.
Al Wabel expressed the hope that the new version of the Exhibition will
contribute to the success of the previous versions which contributes to
the recruitment of many national manpower, and also highlighted a
number of proposals supporting the settlement project.
