Asharqia Chamber organizes a workshop that reviews the services of the Qiwa platform
On Sunday, February 12, 2023, the Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Qatif Business Council, organized a workshop that reviewed the services of the Qiwa platform and the most prominent labor market updates.
The workshop defined the Qawia platform as the main digital platform for all the services of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development for the labor sector and the unified interface to organize and follow up all transactions between the various parties to the system, including employees and establishments in the private sector, in an automated and immediate manner, as the platform launches the labor market to horizons that cover the enterprise’s journey from establishment, growth, and expansion. And stepping with the employee from the first job until retirement, in support of all the services and tools that add value to this journey.
The workshop, which was held remotely and was moderated by the Vice-Chairman of the Business Council in Qatif, Tofool bint Faisal Al-Habib, explained the stages of registration in the platform and the electronic services provided to the business sector and how to benefit from them.
Regarding the most prominent electronic services, the workshop reviewed the service of documenting and managing employment contracts, given that Qawa is the approved platform for documenting employment contracts. How to create and document an employment contract, the stages that the contract goes through between the establishment and the employee, and several other services such as changing and amending the worker’s profession and issuing and renewing a license Work and electronic advisor that enables establishments to monitor their compliance with labor systems in an easy and simplified manner and some other services.
The workshop also answered the most important inquiries received from the honorable attendees, how to communicate with the platform and receive support from the representatives of the platform.
