Asharqia Chamber organizes a workshop on "Professionalism in the Work Environment" in Jubail
Within the program for empowering human resources and competencies, the Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Women's Empowerment Center, organized on Monday, May 13, 2024, in its branch in Jubail Governorate, a workshop entitled "Professionalism in the Work Environment," presented by trainer Suhair bint Ahmed Al-Ghamdi, in the presence of a number of female job seekers and those interested in career development in the governorate.
In the workshop, Al-Ghamdi pointed out the importance of professional interaction in the workplace, which is one of the most important factors that contribute to building a healthy and positive work environment, which contributes to enhancing employees' competencies and raising and increasing their productivity.
During the workshop, trainer Suhair Al-Ghamdi shed light on interactions and communication in the work environment, time management and work tasks, how to deal with problems, and managing meetings in an interactive manner.
Al-Ghamdi noted that professionalism in dealings and communication in the work environment depends primarily on the speed of response by the employee, mutual respect between employees, vigilance and initiative, and a continuous positive spirit.
It is noteworthy that the program comes within the activities of the Asharqia Chamber to empower and support women's partnership in the business sector and the labor market, and to maximize the impact of the contribution to supporting human capital, and to maximize the impact of training and qualification programs in the labor market, which contributes positively to the Saudi Vision 2030, through the human capacity development program.
