Asharqia Chamber organizes a virtual seminar dealing with investment in oil and gas
The Asharqia Chamber will organize, on November 24 and 25, in cooperation with the British Commercial Office, and in the presence of the British Ambassador to the Kingdom, "Neil Crompton", a remote seminar under the title Investment in Oil and Gas.
The two-day symposium will discuss opportunities for investments in the Kingdom's economic sectors, especially the energy sector, as well as review the paths and mechanisms of contracting with Saudi Aramco and define its program (IKTVA) and the pioneering role it plays in the localization of purchases and contracts and the development of small and medium enterprises.
The seminar will also review the most prominent drilling and production technologies in the oil and gas sectors, and other topics related to renewable energy projects and what the state aims to increase its share in renewable energy production to the maximum.
The Chairman of the Asharqia Chamber, Abdul-Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khaldi, said that the Chamber, in the framework of its mission of supporting and developing economic and development work for the business sector and acting as a platform to enhance communication opportunities, seeks through this symposium to enhance opportunities for creating a closer and comprehensive investment partnership between the private sector in both The Kingdom and Britain, especially in light of the prepared conditions supported by the close relations between the leaderships of the two countries, and the great developments taking place in the oil and gas sectors within the framework of the implementation of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which makes the horizon unlimited for many investment opportunities that support our options towards sustainable economic and investment cooperation between the two countries.
