Asharqia Chamber will organize a public lecture entitled "Real Estate Finance in the Banking Sector" in cooperation with the Committee on Information and Banking Awareness in the Saudi Banks on Wednesday evening, 21 February 2018. This lecture would be presented by the Secretary-General of the Committee on Information and Banking Awareness of Saudi Banks, Talaat Bin Zaki Hafez, and Director of Real Estate Finance at Riyad Bank, Fahad Aba Al Khail.
The lecture will cover a number of topics such as: types of bank financing, the reality of mortgage finance in the Kingdom, methods and mechanisms of mortgage finance, mortgage pricing mechanism, opportunities and challenges for the growth of mortgage finance, subsidized financing, and the contribution of the Saudi banks in housing finance.
