Asharqia Chamber organizes a job meeting in the aviation sector, ground services, and logistics
Asharqia Chamber Employment Center organized an expanded job meeting for airlines, ground services, and logistics companies, during which 270 jobs were provided for 17 companies and institutions specialized in this regard that participated in the meeting.
The meeting, which was held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, was attended by Dammam Airports Company, the branch of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Human Resources Development Fund branch in the Eastern Province "Hadaf", the SABIC initiative for local content "Nusaned" and the Logistics Committee, 550 male and female students, as they coordinated between them and the Institutions operating in the sector and wishing to attract a qualified national workforce, or those capable of being qualified to work in this field.
The first deputy chairman of the chamber’s board of directors, Hamad bin Muhammad Al-Buali, said that this meeting and other similar meetings contribute to supporting the option of Emiratisation in the private sector, and raising the rates of Emiratisation in private institutions in the Eastern Region, by providing institutions with the required human cadres, to cover job vacancies at These facilities, or to support areas of development. He pointed out that the aviation sector provides dozens of jobs in various fields, within the outputs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
Al-Buali pointed out that the aviation sector is witnessing continuous development, and this development requires opening vacancies in different specializations, providing various job opportunities for the people of the country, and that this sector has become attractive to many job seekers of both sexes, as it is a vital sector and helps its employees to develop their capabilities and tools that help them to continue Amidst a renewable and supportive environment.
Al-Buali praised the extent of participation in the meeting, stressing the interaction of the private sector with the Chamber’s initiatives and their keenness to participate and closely see the capabilities and qualifications of the people of the country to allow them to participate in the development process and development of the aviation and logistics sector, which took a large place within the Kingdom’s vision 2030.
