Asharqia Chamber organizes
Monday program (debt Skills) for both sexes

Asharqia
Chamber represented by the training
center organizes a training program for both sexes entitled (the skills of debt
collection) on Monday August 22, 2016 in the Chamber headquarters in Dammam.
The
program host Dr. Abdulrahman Abu Khaled discusses five sections: first, about
the basics of finance, collection and credit cycle, the ideal job descriptions for
collection professionals and follow up actions, the gradual escalation and the payment
motives for delayed customers.
The second part of the program which is held for three training days discusses:
the different kinds of achievement Skills (dialing, in the field, and restoring and acquiring),
in addition to negotiating the payment and using questions in a smart way and
the art of dealing with the various customer segments
according to their characters, the third Section shows how to deal with the most
common
excuses and repeated problems solving
and objections to the customer, and the ability to learn more than 50 different
way to search for temporizing and abstaining from repayment customers.
Fourth Section: discusses the laws and regulations spread in the Kingdom related to debt collection, the restrictions of
commitment of the Saudi Monetary Agency, and the legitimate frameand the rights of customers, professional standards
and restrictions of collectors, and the fifth Section and the
last: the lecturer discusses practical effective strategies and tactics for
field trips in restoring cars from
customers abstaining from repayment.
The
program aims to give trainees the most effective skills to increase their
efficiency and ability to collect from delayed customers
to pay with their different segments and
personal styles and the strategies for
negotiating with customers to persuade them to pay, in addition to the professional
restrictions and ethical commitment of all the products and services regardless
of the type of guarantees.
The
program targets the telephone and field employees, the sales on credit employees
and collection sales, lawyers,
consultants, legal agents, the owners of small and medium enterprises,
negotiating employees, collection observers,
managers and teams, and managers of financial, accounting and credit
departments.
