The
secretary general of Asharqia Chamber, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabil,
stressed the importance of the continuous coordination with the government
bodies participating in the event, pointing out that this contributes to the
implementation of work plans according to the highest standards.
Al
Wabel said in a meeting of the Chamber, represented by the Events Fund, with
the participation of government authorities recently, to discuss the plan of
action for organizing the celebration of the people of the Eastern Region, Eid
Al Fitr 1438, which is hosted by the Green Hall and the accompanying events. Suitable
for all groups pointing to activities aimed at children and families, in
addition to special events will add a kind of enthusiasm and excitement for
young people.
Al
Wabel noted that the celebrations, which are under the patronage of the Prince
of the Eastern Region, His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef, have always
attracted a great deal of interest from the people and visitors of the region,
which increases the responsibility for us to find what is new and is in the
interests of the target audience, Cultural,
educational, and entertaining, distributed on sites suitable for all groups of
society.
The
meeting reviewed the functions of the participating parties and also what is
under their responsibilities so that coordination will be completed to organize
the event and the accompanying events, which is dedicated to reviewing the work
program through which the Chamber continues to provide entertainment with the
values of our Gulf and Arab societies.
The
meeting represents the Chamber keenness to organize its activities according to
the highest standards. It reviews all the details related to the work plan of
the participating parties and their preparations and kits role in organizing
the event, as well as discussing the plans of the security authorities to cover
the venues of the event and the accompanying events to achieve the desired
success in all respects.
The
meeting included representatives of the Eastern Province, the General Authority
for Tourism and National Heritage, the Eastern Region Secretariat, the Eastern
Region Police, the King Abdulaziz Port Customs, the Virtue and Prevention of Vice, King Abdulaziz
Port in Dammam, the General Authority for Sport, Dammam
TV Station, Saudi Red Crescent Authority, Eastern Province Traffic, Security
Patrols, Border Guards, Civil Defense, and Weapons and Explosives Department.
