Its second phase was launched today, according to the same mechanism that took place in the first phase, via the electronic link (https://sites.chamber.org.sa/tajseer2/Home/Register), which allows the owners of national factories to exchange information on many common areas, especially in the fields of employment and its exchange, which was generally in the first stage but became more specialized in the second stage.
Al-Sheikh added that the initiative also seeks to support “inter-trade, joint procurement, integration in production, joint services between factories,” saying, “We are looking forward to providing new and innovative services that support the business community of industrialists and local suppliers,” noting that it stems from the importance of finding clear formulas towards Consolidating the values of cooperation, participation, and integration among local industrialists, in order to raise the percentage of local content in the national industry and to achieve the Kingdom's aspirations to be the best model in regional industrial integration.
He pointed to the initiative, "as it supports the idea of industrial integration as an effective tool in weaving the threads of close cooperation and exchanging information, experiences, and products, which achieves excellence in production, and to enter local and international markets with confidence, stressing that integration between factories adds to the competitiveness of Saudi industry at high levels." In terms of performance and productivity, and creating value-added products that enhance the industrial process in the country and support the development of the business sector from both manufacturers and local suppliers, the culture of "Made in Saudi Arabia" is entrenched, and it supports competition options between factories, determining them in quality and providing the best for the final consumer.
Al-Sheikh pointed out that, since its inception, the initiative to reduce the impact of the Corona pandemic has received the attention of the industrial sector, in order to stimulate the sector to raise the percentage of local content and contribute to achieving positive and effective communication between the leaders of the industrial sector in the Kingdom, in a way that serves the industrial work system and its needs of multiple products, which is This will positively affect the rates of local production, the expansion of the industrial investment base, and enhance the capabilities of industrial enterprises to be more competitive and more profitable.
