Asharqia Chamber is preparing for Wadaef 2015
Asharqia chamber will be organizing an employment exhibition 2015, in collaboration with Dhahran expo. The exhibition will be sponsored by his Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, the eastern province governor. It will be held in the company’s center and will be open for four days. The chamber is starting to receive participation requests from various companies. This exhibition is directed towards job seekers, whether recent graduates or experienced employees. It will give them the opportunity to browse through the available job offers, network, and compete as potential candidates to work for those establishments, which in turn can help them land the desired job.
Abdul Rahman Al-Wabel, Secertery General of Asharqia Chamber said that (Wadaef Job Festival 2015) will be held in October 11th-14th of 2015. A variety of companies will participate in it, to reinforce Saudization by offering a wide array of opportunities for job seekers. Al-Wabel asserted that this exhibition is considered an opportunity for job seekers and companies alike. It will give job seekers whether recent graduates of experienced a chance to browse through a wide range of job opportunities, which will in turn give the companies a chance to have their pick from such candidates to join their teams.
He noted that (Wadaef Job Festival 2015) is an event organized by Asharqia chamber to support the Saudization efforts. It will be facilitate the private sector’s endeavors in creating jobs for Saudis, and meeting the Saudization quota needs by providing a link between the business sector and training and employment services providers. It will also facilitate sharing experiences and transferring expertise between participants who work in the human resources and recruitment management field, as well as creating a professional ambiance for job seekers to help them plan for their future, especially in terms of choosing the suitable job. This exhibition is meant to spread The Culture of Professionalism in the society. Al-Wabel asserted that the importance of this exhibition is evident in in providing companies who often face obstacles of recruiting employees with the means to meet and recruit qualified Saudis. It is also considered an opportunity human resources and training specialists to offer their services to the participating establishments and visitors.
