The training center in Asharqia Chamber organizes a specialized training program on (modern Saudi labor system) at the headquarters of Al-Asharqia Chamber in Qatif province on Sunday (2 September 2018) that from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm, as it is provided by a trained specialist in this regard.
The program targets business owners, employees of the human resources sector in the private sector, those interested in the labor system and graduates of human resources in universities as well. The program provides a detailed explanation of the most important definitions, general provisions and vocabulary for work and workers such as pay, worker, temporary work, bonuses, as well as the Standard Rules for the organization of work and the controls and its mechanisms.
The program would discuss a number of important topics related to work and workers, such as the rights and duties and obligations of the worker and the employer, and materials for the employment of national manpower and rehabilitation. The program also provides a detailed explanation of the work contracts and their types in terms of duration and their respective systemic effects, work controls and termination cases.
The program also would talk about the employment of women and provisions for the employment of women in the Saudi labor system.
This program comes within the framework of a number of activities carried out by Asharqia Chamber to raise the awareness of workers and citizens in various positions.
