Asharqia Chamber holds a training program entitled True Woman within the "Leaders' Initiative"
Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Women's Empowerment Center, in cooperation with the American company "Innovative Group", held a training program entitled "True Woman" as part of the "Leaders' Initiative", which aims to explore leadership traits in practical and private life and how to develop them.
A member of the Board of Directors, Agharid Bint Ihsan Abdel-Gawad, said that the program, which was held over the past Sunday and Monday, and witnessed remarkable participation by female administrators working in the government and private sectors in the eastern region, comes from the Chamber’s keenness on the importance of empowering women in all sectors within the framework of the Chamber’s strategy to empower and support partnership Women in the business sector, and because of its impact on increasing women’s economic and social contribution in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and its objectives.
She pointed out that Saudi women can make great achievements whenever they are provided with training and job opportunities that suit their capabilities, and we have many examples in the Kingdom of women leaders who recorded successive successes that were the result of the great efforts and sacrifices they made, and the support of the wise leadership for them.
The Leaders initiative aims to support and empower women who seek to work in the field of leadership and management, by developing their leadership and management skills by providing resources and opportunities that help build self-confidence and expand the circle of social and professional networks.
The initiative includes a set of programs and events that seek to develop the skills of women leaders, including workshops and training programs that are held with the participation of the most prominent professional trainers who have a rich and successful experience in the training sector.
They work in the field of leadership to exchange experiences and knowledge and encourage companies and institutions to interact with the training outputs and benefit from the services of women leaders by providing job opportunities appropriate to their skills and attracting them to benefit from their expertise in this field.
The program witnessed several joint workshops that helped motivate female leaders by presenting new challenges that make them work to achieve goals better, in addition to encouraging their innovation and creative thinking, as they can find new and innovative solutions to the problems and challenges that they may face in their practical career.
