Asharqia Chamber finishes its preparations for the productive families exhibition «Sanaati 2018»
Asharqia Chamber finished its preparatory work in preparation for the start of the exhibition of productive families "Sanaati 2018", which would be hold under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province.
The exhibition will be launched in its fourth edition for five consecutive days from 9 to 13 December, on Dhahran International Exhibition Company «Expo», Dammam Al-Khobar coastal road.
Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Center for Social Responsibility, has prepared a number of preparatory programs and meetings for the exhibition through three successive stages in order to prepare families, associations and centers for active participation in the exhibition.
The Chairman of Asharqia Chamber, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khalidi, said that «Sanaati 2018» will be launched with the participation of more than 20 incubators of productive families from associations, centers and committees, which are targeting 325 families with an increase of 60 households from last year.
This indicated that the exhibition of the year is divided into several main sections, where the division of productive families classifications and the Department of craftsmen men and a special section of the small trader under the age of 15 years, after the success that achieved in the previous version, as well as Kids' Corner child, a multi-interactive activity corner.
Al-Khalidi pointed out that the parties with social responsibility programs were invited to participate in the exhibition such as the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, the Eastern Province Council for Social Responsibility, as well as the Social Development Bank, in addition to inviting the business sector who have initiatives and community programs that serve this segment.
He stressed the importance of programs and previous meetings of the exhibition because they serve as practical workshops that give participants from families, centers and associations good opportunities for a more useful participation, in addition to its role in developing the skills required professionally, administratively and commercially.
He pointed out that the preparatory stage included the implementation of training programs and awareness evenings for families that will participate in the exhibition in order to help them in acquiring skills and abilities as well as processing them according to the sound principles of sales, marketing and developing and improving the product to achieve effective participation in the exhibition.
Al Khalidi said that since the Chamber's adoption of holding the "Sanaati" exhibition for productive families, the exhibition aims at forming a knowledge component of the productive families in the Eastern Region, and the quality of its products.
He pointed out that the exhibition serves as a more effective window towards organizing the work of the productive families in the Eastern Region and marketing their products through specialized exhibitions with international specifications.
He stressed that the Chamber continues its efforts to support the productive families as an extension of the economy in the Eastern Region.
