Asharqia Chamber and Dammam University signs a cooperation agreement In several areas of the most important research studies
Each of Asharqia Chamber and Dammam University have signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation between the two parties between them to support and serve the private sector in the Eastern region to estimate the university role in serving the society and fulfill its educational mission.
The agreement signed by each of the University Manager Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Rubaish and Asharqia Chamber Chairman Abdulrahman bin Rashid Al-Rashid in the presence of His Excellency the Secretary of Eastern Region Eng.Diaf Allah bin Ayesh Al-Otaibi and Asharqia Chamber Acting Secretary-General Abdulrahman Al Wabel to cooperate in several areas such as (research and development) , to make use of university expertise in this area for the preparation and participation making special researches dealing with certain phenomena having an impact on the economy or on the domestic market or those that aim to develop services, and to participate in the design of questionnaires, and collecting information and monitor the variables that may have an impact using the techniques of information available to the parties.
The note also state on the establishment and design of workshops and lectures of interest to senior managers and businessmen.
The note also granted the cooperation between the parties to serve the businesswomen to open the way for university students and their teachers to be familiar with the activities of businesswomen center of Asharqia Chamber and launching workshops, lectures and trainings to meet the needs of students, and labor market needs in the field (events and occasions).
