Asharqia Chamber and Aramco Gulf Operations have agreed on the principle of cooperation and communication between the two parties, which will have positive results and value-added outputs for the national economy.
This came during the meeting that took place on Tuesday, 18 December 2018, between a delegation of Asharqia Chamber (Which includes the Chairman Abdul Hakim Al Khalidi, Council Member Saadoun Al Khalidi, Vice Chairman of the Buisness Council in the Chamber's branch Mohammed Fawaz Al-Subai, and the Secretary General of the Chamber Abdulrahman Al Wabel) as well as the President and Chief Executive Officer and Khafji Joint Managing Director Eng. Azab Mohammed Al-Qahtan.
The two sides exchanged views on several points that can be understood and coordinated between them, most notably is the participation in the development of the province of Khafji, which is witnessing a remarkable growth in recent times.
The Chairman of Asharqia Chamber stressed the Chamber's great ambition of the development of branches, the development of economic activity in the province, benefiting from the strategic location that is characterized by the province, working to raise the level of economic performance of small and medium enterprises in the province.
Some suggestions were made, including the establishment of Khafji Investment Forum 2019, Sanaati Forum with the participation in social roles and supporting small and medium enterprises.
At the end of the meeting, AlKhalidi honored Engineer Al-Qahtani with a commemorative shield.
