Al Rashid: The award represents the Chamber initiatives in area of Saudization
Al Wabel: Award puts such responsibility on chamber yet we can sustain
Asharqia Chamber has recently won the award of His Royal Highness Prince Nayef Abdulaziz Al Saud for "Saudization." in recognition of its many achievements in the field ofemploymentof Saudis of its departmentsandsections.
In light of this event; Chairman of Asharqia Chamber Abdulrahman Bin Rashed Al Rashed explained winning this award and achieving the second place for the sector of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the Kingdom signify the chamber efforts in the service of society, and its keenness on activating the initiatives regarding the issue of Job Saudization in particular, valuing for and committee for granting such great honor.
Indicating that chamber has the honor of achieving such award along with number of national institutions who have achieved high rates of Saudization aiming to encourage enterprises in the Eastern region in order to raise Saudization rates, being a national award by His Royal Highness Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the Interior, given to deserved institutions and companies in various disciplines, tosupport this competition and attracts national talents, saying: "This is in itself a source of pride for us to support this national responsibility ".
Moreover;Al Rashid explained that the chamber is trying to find and attract qualified Saudi cadres in the private sector through the establishment of the Chamber Employment Center that offers free service for companies and qualified Saudis, as well as their participation in the paths of national training organization for joint training with both the Human Resources Development Fund and the Technical and vocational Training Corporation which is adopting the project of technical training for employment.
Above all, Al Rashid expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to His Royal Highness Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz for his interest in Saudi citizens, represented in his sponsorship and concern for the Saudization duty and raising its level in the private sector.
Abdulrahman Al Wabel ,Acting Secretary General of the Chamber asked all chamber staff to continue their work to enhance their performance serving this duty , pointing out that this new award puts on such responsibility on chamber at all levels of as they are glad to endure and sustain.
Al Wabel referred that chamber has not only devoted its efforts in area of Saudization but adopt as well several initiatives in the field of job localization, including the participation in the programs with all of the national organization in partnership with each of General institution for technical and vocational training, and Human Resources Development Fund(HADAF), in order to monitor job applicants and work on training as adopted by the Human Resources Development Fund.
