Asharqia Chamber will organize a diploma course program for the real estate sector early next month (September 2012). The chamber will organize the diploma program for the eighth time in three years with the objective of preparing Saudi nationals specialized in the real estate activities.
Mr. Abdulrahman A. Al Wabel, Secretary General of Asharqia Chamber said that this diploma program has been designed to create professionals to work in the country's real estate and housing sector. This program will provide participants with skills and knowledge in line with the country's rules and regulations.
He said that the real estate activity in the Kingdom has expanded significantly which required a skilled and qualified work force. The secretary general noted that the chamber-organized diploma course, which started three years ago, has generated job opportunities for 123 specialized professionals.
Mr. Al Wabel pointed out that the diploma program will deal with several categories including: (Real estate appraisers, employees of companies, real estate offices, departments and staff, real estate property, credit banks and public companies, brokers and individuals as well as insurance brokers). To work in these areas of real estate sector, there is a need of specialized expertise and experience, he said.
The diploma program will also address other topics which are very important in the preparation of feasibility studies for new real estate projects.
