Asharqia Chamber organized a workshop of the
role of human resources in the Vision 2030, embraced recently in the main headquarters
of the Chamber in Dammam.
The workshop presented by Saleh bin Nasser Al Enizi targeted several topics: what
is the vision and the meaning of human resources, the major issues of the
vision, also reviewed the four analysis of the current situation (SWAT):
opportunities and challenges, the role of human resources in the realization of
the vision.
Al Enizi explained the administration as
the process of identifying and achieving goals through the exercise of four
basic management functions: planning, organizing, directing and controlling, it
is also considered making decisions rationally to achieve the desired goals in
the time frame needed, and determining what should be done by the workers to achieve the goals and then make sure that they are doing it
in the best way and lower costs.
Al Enizi said in the workshop that the
Human Resources: is the underlying resources in any institution which is the
source of all success if it is well managed, which is the source of all fail if wrongly managed, and the human resources
of any country or organization: are those groups of able individuals
willing to work hard and committed.
The Human Resources take over other resources in
adapting, dealing with them, achieving integration together, overcoming the
difficulties and challenges, and any weakening of the human resource is
directly reflected on the production resources, the human element is the core of the success of
the projects and achieving goals.
The workshop targeted human resources officials and decision makers in
government and private institutions and all those interested.
