Alwabel discuss ways to promote business investment between the Kingdom and Malaysia
The East Chamber Secretary-General Abdulrahman Abdullah Al-wabel discussed promoting business relations between Saudi Arabia and Malaysia through exchange of trade delegations and exhibitions catalogs. Alwabel Reviewed during the reception Monday at the headquarters of the main Chamber of business delegation led by Malaysia Trade Commissioner in the Malaysian Consulate in Jeddah khirol Anwar Abdul Halim of economic development between the two countries in addition to the factors attracting investment in Malaysia and Malaysian investment in the Kingdom's businessmen in the eastern region to continue trading with Malaysian counterparts.
The meeting highlighted the strengthening of investment opportunities between the two countries, the Malaysian experience, stressing that relations between the Saudi Arabian and Malaysia grow dramatically ,also during the meeting the Secretary-General of the Chamber have been invited to attend World Conference on OIL ENERGY CONFRENCE, held this year in Malaysia March 2014. The rates of growth of bilateral trade between Saudi Arabia and Malaysia has increased from $ 260 million in 1990 to $ 3.66 billion in 2012 and that Malaysia's total exports to the Kingdom reached in 2012 1.22 billion US dollars and the main exports are electrical and electronic products, manufactures of metals, machinery, appliances and parts, chemical products and wood products.
