You cannottalk about theperformance of theEastChamberand achievementsduringthree consecutivesessionsofthe board of directors(from the beginning ofthe fourteenth sessionto the end ofthe sixteenth session)in isolation fromthe performance ofits president,hiseffort,during thosethree sessions, which saw"up"prominentinbusinessservice,serve the nation,theprogressnoticed byobserversof the performance ofthe roomduring thetwelve years, during whichhe tookAbdul Rahman BinRashed Al Rashedpresidency ofthe Chamber, inseveral areas,achieve the objectives ofthe roomand strategicaxes,and theimplementation of thepriorities, first and foremostits subscribersand members of theserviceofbusinessmen and businesswomen.
In the field ofinitiatives,characterized byEastChamberduring the presidency ofadultaskingmany "initiatives"task thathas adoptedthe organization ofmany forumsandmeetingsof international and Arab, Gulf andlocalmeetings,andraisedthrough"ambitions"national in character,ininteractionwiththeir worldand regionalsurroundingsandthe ArabGulf,issuesandtopicscritical strategy, including:oil and gasforum,a forummegaprojects,gasForum,the Saudiinvestment Forum,Forumcontractingindustry,Forumresettlement,Forumwork environment,meeting placeof training, in additionto the junction ofhuman resources,and otherforums andmeetingswithstrategicnature,globally, regionally andlocally.

The Chamberhas receivedduringthis periodmany awards"major"uncertainexcellence"won"the firstcenterson different levels, including:Prince Nayefbin Abdul AzizSaudizationAward,the Middle Eastfor the thirdcustomer care,and the award forthe bestbusiness environmentin the Kingdom,and first placein theListof non-profitfacilities, the awardshielde-government,and the "creativity of designaward",and"Bestinteractive platformon theFacebooksocial networkingpage."
Also wonappreciatedsuperiorqualitymanagement systemISO9001:2008Information Security Management SystemISO27001:2005and the system ofdealing withcomplaintsininstitutionsISO10002:2004, upgradebusiness continuitycertificationofBS 25999-2-2007toISO22,301-2012instructions.

At the level ofentrepreneurialdevelopment, promotingyouth initiativesin the field ofself-employment,theChambercreated in thenew initiative, includingthedistinctbusinessYouthCouncil,the Council ofyoungbusiness, includingemanatedfrom themofevents and activitiesand programsenrolledunder its banneryoung men and womenthe eastern region, they arethe future ofthe business sectorin the eastern region,alsoemergedForum and Exhibitionthemyoung men and womenwork, includingthosegranted to itsdistinctsocialsegment of theopportunities inmarketing andto encouragecreativity, innovation andexcellence.
On a privateleveland "qualitative",several reportsissued by theBusiness Women'sCenterof EastChamber ofsignificant increaseincontributions anddemandto participate in theChambermembershipconfirmedbybusinesswomenandentrepreneurs, commercial and industrialenterprisesin the eastern regionduring the past years, thereports pointedtothe growth ofthe number ofparticipantsbusinesswomenby a large margin.
Thepast yearshave seena significantinteractionbetween the Chamberand businesswomen,especially sinceestablished aChamberBusinesswomenCenter, to be aliaisonbetween themand theownersepisodeeconomic projectsin particular, andwomen and girlsin the eastern regionin general.
At the level ofa "national"privileged,wasthe premier eventof the roomtookthe thenPresident of the ChamberAbdul Rahman BinRashed Al Rashedpresident ofCouncil of Saudi Chambersmanagement,during the ninth sessionof the Council ofSaudi Chambers,thenconfrontedforthe most important eventin the history ofthe Council, aprojectwhich was supportedembracedthe EastChamberMenacts ofthe region andofthe establishment andconstruction of the newheadquarters of theCouncil of ChambersinRiyadh,throughcampaigndonationsreceivedin honor of theCustodian ofthe Two Holy Mosquesin the amount of60million riyals,asthe roomwere collected fromsubscribersand businessmenin the Eastern Provincemore than 30million riyals,in addition to thevariouscontributions,totalingabout six millionriyals.
Theshares ofAl-Rashidduring hispresidency of theCouncil of Saudi Chambers,at its ninth session,in the development ofthe role ofthe private sector,and to promoteparticipation ininternational relations,has also contributed tohighlight the role ofbusiness,and the development ofnationalperformance, which isreflected intheir participationwithinthe Saudiofficial delegations,duringofficial visitsout.
In addition, thePresident of theCouncil of Chamberseffortsinsupportof the Saudi economywithinhis constituencyGulf,and the emergence ofa tendency toholdcooperation andmemoranda of understandingbetweenSaudi businessmenagreements,and their counterpartsin the Gulf CooperationCouncil (GCC).
Al Rashedmakea clear andsignificantrole in facilitatinga lot offor the issuance ofbusiness recordsprocedures,asthepromotion ofmutual understandingbetweenthe Ministry of Commerceand Industry,the private sector,and support thecooperationbetween the two sidesrelations, which helpedsolve a lot ofproblems thathave been pendingandunresolvedfor a longperiod of time.
