The head ofthe Council ofEastChamber of CommerceAbdul RahmanBin SalehAlotaishan said thatthe state budgetfor the new fiscalyear2015 (1436/1437e)the "budgetof the major challenges," sayingit comes at atime when the internationaleconomy is going throughthetough times,pointingtothat seen inglobal economiesofweaknessingrowth, in addition togoing throughthe global oil marketofcriticaldevelopmentsis thelowpriceof oil.
He added that thenext fiscalyear's budget1436/1437AH, which amountsexpenses(860,000,000,000)eight hundred andsixtybillion riyals,reflecting thestrength of the Saudieconomyanddurability,also reflectsits ability tocope with the globalfluctuations,andgoing throughthe worldof"variables" surprise,pointingtothe success ofthe Saudi economythanks towithstandthehedgesand visionsstrategypursued byour countryduring thepast five years,whatenabled them tocope withthe difficulties.
Alotaishanexplained that the newbudget reflectsthe spirit of"optimism"which is characterized bythe Saudi economy, despitepredictitsdevelopments andthe atmosphere thathangs over theglobal oil market,stressing that thebudget for2015representsa determinationon thecontinuation of the ""developmentspending,andnot allow anyvariablesinfluencingtheprogram.He pointedto the"numbers"contained inthe new budgetemphasizesthe developmentalapproach,andcomesas an extensionof the linethat supports thebasicaxes"fixed"in the Saudi economy, namely:a comprehensiveandbalanced development,improve theservices provided to citizens, being careful toprovide morejob opportunities forcitizens,public and private sectors.
Alotaishansaid that "balanced" No matter howcarefulthenew budget,betweentaking into accountnew developments, taking care ofeverything that wouldserve the citizensand improve the servicesprovided by the stateto them,strict implementationand efficientprograms and projectsbudget,andthe provinceto continuewhat has beenapprovedprojects,and the completion ofthe implementation of theirprograms ofthe lastfiscal yearand pastyears,that contribute to thesustainability of thefiscal positionstrong,withthe provision ofincentivesthat are givenpriorityinthe next fiscal yearto complete theimplementation of the projectsapproved by theprevious budgets, saying:"it's a bigproject."
Alotaishanconfirmed that thebusiness sectorin the eastern region,especiallyappreciatethe Custodian ofthe Two Holy Mosqueskeen toemploythe fruits ofdevelopmentto serve thecontinuousdevelopment ofthe project,pointing out that theprivate sectorin Eastpledge tothe leadershipto move forward inleadershipobjectivesservice,and mobilizebusinesseffortsinthe aspirations ofservicehomeaboutfurther progress andwelfareand prosperityof every citizento liveon the land ofthe Kingdom.
Alotaishanexpressed confidencein the ability ofthe national economyto continueits success,andits ability toprovideoff"development"ofthe sons ofthe kingdomand its citizens, saying that hewas confident thatthe growth ofthe Saudi economy,rateswill continueto rise, God willing,activeprivate sectordriven,andthe continued strengthening ofintegrationbetween thepublic and private sectorsand private, stressingconfidenceinthe business sectortocooperatewith thegovernment agenciesconcernedrepresentsa continuation of theapproachin addressingthe stateof the labor marketimbalancesto createmore job opportunitiesfor citizens andbalanced developmentbetween regions,and optimal use ofresources.
