AlNuaim requesting for Central Authority establishment for Small-Medium Enterprises
Al-Zamil gave a presentation on the importance of the incubators business role in supporting small enterprises

At the third session (Steps towards Leadership) AlNuaim has emphasized in supporting the idea of establishing a central authority for the small business sector "SMEs "in the Kingdom.
Calling for laws and procedures revision concerning the development and support for the small and medium enterprises in the Kingdom, and providing relative information and investment opportunities built on the standards through the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Saudi Arabia.
AlNuaim emphasized the need to develop a mechanism for the discovery of the promising initiators, he suggested several proposals in this regard as:inviting the private sector to invest in the manufacture of the initiators and pioneers, and developing businessmen entrepreneurs of small and medium enterprises, also activating Saudi women and their capabilities to enable them to set up a successful small enterprises.
AlNuaim viewed the six visions of the future to support the activity of small and medium enterprises-saying in the first vision which is spreading the networks culture.
The second vision, according to AlNuaim is supporting the capacity for innovation through the promotion of innovative culture, and the establishment of technology centers and business incubators, while speaking in the third vision about the banking sector, the application of international best practices in the financing of small and medium enterprises by offering financing plans and establishing a specialize bourse for small and medium enterprises along with the fund's investment to finance these projects.
Within the fourth vision which carried the title (Targeting the world's major chain stores) AlNuaim spoke about attracting international companies specialized in the retail trade.

During the session, the Incubator Business Director in KFUPM, Mr. Khalid Al-Zamil spoke about (The importance of the incubators business role for small enterprises).

Then he gave a brief discussion on the experience of incubator business in King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, which is and Dhahran Technology Valley experience.
