Al Nuaim: Best Working Environment Forum considered a rich experience for participants
Under the sponsorship of his highness Prince Mohammad bin Fahad, and Prince Jlwi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaad, Vice Governor of Eastern Region, Eastern Chamber launches the forum of "Best working environment forum, towards better working environment" in cooperation with Team One Consulting Company on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 25 to 26, 2010 at the chamber headquarters in Dammam, in which discussing the appropriate solutions in building and improving the ideal work environment.
AlNuaim said that preparations are still there, and all of committees now are working on implementing the remaining phases of their plans for the Forum so that it appears in a way that befits the chamber reputation, and reflect the businessmen ambition in the Eastern Region, saying that the forum contains sessions, discussing the most important factors of ideal work environment.
He also said that the forum is an enriching experience to the participants through the speakers part whether for large or small departments as they will review the role of leadership in raising the level of staff participation which will reveal the tools measuring the job satisfaction.
It's mentioned that 14 specialists will discuss through the 8 sessions held over the two days which is the first of its kind in the Kingdom as they will contributes to raise the level of creativity and teamwork to achieve the job satisfaction which is one of the important factors that help to achieve the strategic objectives to ensure success.
