The Chairman of Asharqia Chamber, Abdul-Rahman ibn Rashed Al-Rashed, recently signed a contract with a national company to build an investment center in Jubail at a total cost of nearly 40 million riyals.
Al-Rashid described the project as an important step in the Chamber's ongoing efforts to serve the business sector.
Al-Rashid said the project will take 24 months to complete and should be ready in the first quarter of 2011.
The Jubail investment project will be located in Al-Fanateer neighborhood inside Jubail's industrial city. The total land area that it will occupy is 10,353 square meters with an estimated building area of 15,907 square meters including a basement car park area of 4,755 square meters.
The ground floor will be divided into three separate areas; 2 for shops and 1 for a commercial bank. There will also be a mezzanine and an office tower.
