Within the program (Riyadyoun)

and member of the municipal council in Jubail Saad Bin Fadl Al Buainain said that self employment through
small institutions can make an income more
than the monthly incom, urging young people to the studied initiatives in this
regard.
This
was in a meeting organized by Asharqia
Chamber represented by small
and medium institutions development center last
Thursday, in Jubail College titled"Riyadyoun" program targeting the interested
figures in pioneering.. he said that "the making fortunes can not be done,
unless with God blessing first, then the free trading work, including professional
work, which is supposed to be a goal for all students specializing in
industrial and technical studies. "
Al
Buainain, talked aout his personal experience in selfemployment, pointing that pioneering
is the source of fortune, if it was hard in the start but it is soon to be easy,
the first step followed by thousands of easy steps, urging young people for the studied initiatives in this regard and to
insist on achieving
the goals and patience to success.
Al
Buainain mentioned a group of advices to achieve success in the field of selfemployment
firstly putting our trust in God and the
devotion in work, and then project identification and feasibility study,
to the implementation, stressing the importance of the
personal management of the project and reducing construction costs, and
controlling expenses, and
achieving quality and efficiency in work,
the trust between suppliers and customers, and the gradual expansion according
to the demand.
In
the meeting, a visual presentation was presented highlighting the services,
activities and events, presented by small and medium institutions development center
in Asharqia Chamber for training
programs, workshops and lectures, consulting, and forums, also the tools that
will support who wants to establish his own project and turning it from
an idea to a project on the ground.
Asharqia Chamber has introduced " Riyadyoun " program within its
various programs to spread selfemployment culture among the youth of
universities, colleges and institutes in the region in order to transform them
from just job seekers to job opportunities makers and owners of businesses.
