The Logistics Committee at Asharqia Chamber of Commerce and Industry praised the role of logistics sectors in the success of the Hajj season of this year 1439, which emphasized the Kingdom's ability to organize and manage millions of people through the field plans and the logistical support that accompanied the launch of new initiatives and support through the use of the latest technologies.
The third meeting of the committee held that was held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018, and headed by a member of the Board of Directors Chairman Bandar bin Rafi al-Jabri, emphasized that the logistics sector was present with all its capabilities to all government agencies participating in the Hajj season.
This indicates the importance of this sector and the future investment expected in the coming years, and the Kingdom's keenness to support this sector and adopt its initiatives.
The meeting also reviewed the report submitted by the working groups emanating from the committee, in addition to the committee's communication with the concerned parties with the aim of holding several workshops and lectures related to the logistics sector.
