The committee of off-plan sales or rent on the map (Wafi) will organize an introductory lecture on the activities of selling and renting real estate units on the map, its working mechanisms, related controls and all the requirements of this process.
The lecture would be held at 10am at Jubail Branch of Asharqia Chamber.
During the lecture, Wafi program would be reviewed through showing the work of the committee and the types of licenses it issues for all real estate purposes whether residential, commercial, investment, service, and tourist, industrial or other.
The lecture addresses Wafi and its work by dividing the regulation into separate business rules (licensing rules, beneficiary rights rules, developers' obligations, project record rules, inspection company rules, rules for organizing the social development account).
It is to facilitate the work of the developers in real estate projects, and to improve the real estate environment and contribute to the preservation of the rights of buyers and beneficiaries.
It is worth mentioning that Asharqia Chamber hosted a number of real estate developers during the month of January to identify the sales activities on the map and the rules of work that are organizing the activity.
During which representatives of Wafi stressed their keenness to improve the organization of the sale of real estate units on the map and the preservation of consumer rights, and the need to license real estate projects to be sold before completion of construction.
