On Monday 8/4/2019, Asharqia Chamber (within the activities and programs of the Real Estate and Development Committee) organized a workshop on the importance of real estate assessment, reading in marketing changes, and legislation and application.
The accredited resident and member of the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers, Mohammed bin Ali Albar, will be speaking at the workshop.
The workshop will address a number of topics related directly to real estate valuation, especially in the light of recent developments in this regard, such as the launch of the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers and the consequent formal legal procedures that came in line with the increased demand for this service, which the beneficiaries look forward to as it preserves rights and achieves justice among all parties.
The workshop, which will be held at the headquarter of the Chamber in Dammam, in the framework of cooperation between Asharqia Chamber and the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers.
