During a lecture at Jubail branch of Asharqia Chamber, a specialist highlights the psychological state of the breast cancer patient
A specialized lecture on breast cancer concluded the importance of psychological factors and their role in accelerating the recovery of this disease
A lecture was organized by Asharqia Chamber in cooperation with the Saudi Cancer Society under the title, “ For your safety, cut the doubt by filming" at Asharqia Chamber branch in Industrial Jubail.
Dr. Iman Bint Abdulrahman Al-Mahous, Head of Radiology Department at Public Security Forces Hospital talked about the need and the importance of early detection in regulating the lifestyle of the sick or healthy through balanced nutrition and exercise, while avoiding the wrong eating habits and the use of carcinogens.
The lecture was part of a campaign organized by the Society in cooperation with the Chamber that aimed at raising awareness among women and society about the importance of early detection of breast cancer, while providing a successful method of diagnosis as the diagnosis of the disease in its early stages leads to recovery by 95 percent, as the breast cancer in the Eastern Region is the highest rate in the Kingdom.
The campaign is based on the vision of an informed society about the importance of early detection of breast cancer, and a message that emphasizes the saving of women's lives from breast cancer through the promotion of awareness prevention and education with the availability of early detection methods.
