A memorandum of understanding between the East Chamber and the Egyptian Information Technology
The East Chamber signed with the ICT industry in Egypt, a memorandum of understanding to regulate the communication and cooperation between the two parties in many areas, especially those in the areas of telecommunications and information technology,
Under the memorandum, which was signed on the sidelines of Egyptian meeting businessmen delegation with their Saudi counterparts and recently hostedbythe East Chamber, was signed by the Vice President of the East Chamber Engineer Hassan bin Misfer Al-Zahrani, and Vice Chairman of the Board Chamber of information and communications technology industry, Dr. Hassan Alsmad .. statesto open communication and cooperation the member between enterprises in the two chambers in many topics, including opening the Egyptian market, Saudi Arabia channels in front of the parties, by encouraging and supporting cooperation between them.
The two sides agreed to encourage and support alliances and integration between the Egyptian and Saudi companies to produce and develop the market and sell products and applications, solutions and services, information and communication technology, finding and providing investment opportunities for companies in both countries, marketing and support.
The parties also agreed to propose the necessary activities for mutual definition capabilities and facilities available to enterprises members of both parties and the preparation of perception to schedule and support its implementation, as well as open channels of communication to achieve technical and commercial cooperation among the member enterprises parties Kalaaadad to hold bilateral meetings between member enterprises interested parties, and participate in conferences and technical seminars preparationand economic, scientific and social cooperation between the two chambers on issues of common interest.
The memorandum on the formation of a joint committee approved to discuss mutual marketing conferences, meetings, workshops and exhibitions that are organized by any of the parties.
