Asharqia Chamber signs a cooperation agreement with the Saudi Institute for Retail Sale
Asharqia Chamber signs a cooperation agreement on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 with the Saudi Institute for Retail Sale in the chamber headquarter in Dammam.
The agreement was signed by the Chamber Acting Secretary-General- Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel and Executive Representative of the Institute Dr. Abdulaziz bin Ismail ,the agreement includes a cooperation in various fields, most notably the cooperation in the recruitment and training from Saudis thus to work in the retail business as well as cooperation in research and studies on workers in the same field as part of the strategic partnership program between the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training, Savola Group.
He also stressed the chamber readiness to embrace the job seekers from Saudi citizens who are eligible for the Institute conditions and creates the appropriate environment to conduct personal interviews with applicants and organize the workshops and meetings, vocational and career guidance for job seekers and cooperation with the Institute in the preparation of research and studies the retail industry.
For his part, Dr. Abdul Aziz Ismail who explained that the Saudi Institute is currently preparing the largest strategic partnership between the public and private sectors which aims to train and employ ten thousand people to work in the area of retail in Savola Group and its branches (Panda) during the next three years, where the saudization percentage is 16% pointing to the importance of the chamber support for the Institute to attract candidates and identifying the introductory programs offered by the institute.
