• A Specialist: Social responsibility standard (ISO 26000), is a guide for institutions

             A Spasialist and trainer in social responsibility, Dr. Saleh Al Hamouri  stressed the role of  the institutional communication in achieving the goals of social responsibility in the institutions, and of achieving quality in this field.. He explained that the dimensions of responsibility revolves around economic growth, environmental protection, and social progress.
    Hamoudi in a training program organized by Asharqia Chamber   represented the status of social responsibility in the past two days titled (the role of the institutional communications in achieving the  goals of the social responsibility) The success of any organization is based mainly on the basic foundation which is effective institutional communication between the different groups that this institution comprising on the one hand and between them and the environment and the surrounding community on the other hand. He explained that the goals of  the communications for the management is to be used in the fields of guidance and counseling, and get to know the reaction of the institution policy with the public, and to identify the attitudes, as well as the leaders to policies, and for workers is represented in the definition of workers with all the information about the organization and its policies and decisions to increase job satisfaction of employees and deepen their sense of belonging to the organization.
    And the role of communication in social responsibility Hamouri said that communication contributes to raising awareness inside and outside the institution to its strategy and goals, plans, performance and challenges in terms of social responsibility, pointing to (ISO 26000) standards for social responsibility that achieve multiple benefits to the institutions of a usable by all the small and big institutions, whether in the list of developing countries or developed countries, providing a guide for all types regardless of its size and location.
    And the economic dimension of social responsibility Hamouri said that he did not regard the issue of profit as an aspect of the business, but the obligation to ethical practices within the institutions of governance, such as the institution and to prevent bribery and corruption and the protection of consumer rights and ethical trader and investment ..
     Regarding the social progress Hamouri continoued saying: the institution has to contribute to the well being of the community in which it operates, and improving employees care, including a positive effect on increasing their productivity and  improving their artistic abilities, and providing security and professional career, health, community and care for them, stressing the importance of the open administrative method we are working with in the institution, as the social  effect of their behavior beyond the limits of the institution itself.
    The environmental dimension of the institutions in charge of a community, he stressed that the duty of the institution is to cover up the resulting environmental  effects on operations and  institution products and the elimination of emissions and waste and  increasing the production efficiency, the available resources, and reducing the acts that may  negatively affect the enjoyment of the country and future generations of these resources.   ​
