A Lecture on Strengthening Women's Leadership Role at Asharqia Chamber Next Week
Asharqia Chamber is organizing a lecture for women on Tuesday evening (13/11/2012) entitled "Elements of Administrative Creativity and Strengthening Women's Leadership Role."
The lecture held at Aljazeera Hall will discuss various aspects including "concept, importance, elements and levels of administrative creativity, obstacles of creative thinking and strategies to overcome them, stages of creativity, women's leadership and creativity, characteristics of leaders who stimulate creativity, and an exercise to measure administrative creativity."
It is worth mentioning that the lecturer is the founder and CEO of Mona Albaaud Group, a member of the Executive Board of Young Businesswomen Council at Asharqia Chamber, an adviser for "mentors" Group specialized in administration and community service, as well as being an internationally Certified Trainer.
