Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Women Empowerment Center, concluded the Eastern Pioneers Initiative for the year 2023. The initiative contributes to guiding initiatives, aspiring investors, and small project owners to manage their businesses based on modern operational, technical, and managerial foundations.
The initiative aims to enhance the competitiveness of women entrepreneurs' establishments by addressing challenges and ways to overcome them. The center conducted 7 workshops, 5 specialized lectures, and 4 advisory meetings in the cities of Dammam, Al-Qatif, Al-Jubail, and Al-Khobar.
A total of 269 interested individuals benefited from the initiative's programs, discussing various topics related to challenges faced by entrepreneurs, including project development, mechanisms for identifying target markets, project development between science and art, and the importance of customer service to increase sales.
The initiative also covered topics such as customer and target market analysis, expanding the brand, starting a new project in various sectors, the importance of e-commerce in supporting sales, and improving the customer experience.
The initiative aimed to enrich the young business sector with essential steps needed when establishing a private project. The local market is abundant with successful business experiences that have managed to continue and grow due to their commitment to development and addressing challenges. The initiative emphasized the importance of continuing this successful model by enabling youth to benefit from positive steps, overcome challenges, and embrace development as a fundamental principle to ensure the growth and success of small businesses.
