22 incubator associations participate in "Sanati" 2023 exhibition
Asharqia Chamber continues its intensive preparations to launch its sixth edition of its exhibition for productive families and owners of crafts, arts and handicrafts, "My Craft 2023 AD", at the end of this month, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the Eastern Region.
About 5 official bodies and 300 exhibitors are participating in the exhibition this year, whose work varies between handicrafts, painting, decoration, fashion design, perfumes, incense, coffee, and sweets, in addition to many associations and incubators, and 22 incubating associations participate in the exhibition, which will be held for 5 days. It will run from Tuesday, August 29 to Saturday, September 2, 2023.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber, Badr bin Suleiman Al-Ruzaizah, said that “Sanaty” since the launch of its first edition in 2015 AD aims to stimulate energies and expand circles of interest by increasing the contribution of these groups, which enjoy great support at the official level, in developing their activities and marketing their products through the free exhibition pavilions. Pointing out that this new edition of the exhibition included setting a set of criteria for selecting the categories participating in the exhibition, and that it precedes its launch with a variety of marketing training courses and programs for all participating groups, in order to give them the opportunity to benefit from these programs and courses offered by a group of specialists.
Al-Ruzaiza stressed that the exhibition comes within the framework of the Chamber's continuous support for projects, programs and events that are in line with the national efforts to upgrade a sector that can play a strong role in the national economy, and that the Chamber relies on a strategy based on: that these categories represent an option within the options of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 AD, which prompted it to Adopting initiatives, offering programs and courses, and holding exhibitions, saying, Therefore, the sector of productive families and owners of crafts and handicrafts has gained a large share of the Chamber’s attention, so it placed it among its goals of social responsibility, and sought to make it a value-added sector in the national economy.
