150 people joins the lecture (Planning with enthusiasm) in Jubail
Organized by the Chamber in collaboration with the Industrial Development Center
Asharqia Chamber represented by the Development Center of small and medium enterprises in collaboration with the Industrial Development Center belongs to Jubail Technical Institute organized a public lecture entitled (Planning with enthusiasm), submitted by the lecturer Mohammad Ali Bakreebah on Tuesday evening, October 12, 2010, and aims to provide the secrets of planning, coordination and follow-up smoothly.
Al Howailat Hall in Jubail witnessed large attendance by 150 people with a good interaction by the audience in the lecture in which Bakreebah discussed several topics relating the planning process as well as the practical skills needed in everyday life, and the main ideas of the planning eagerly, , the presentation reviewed models for planning steps , coordination and follow-up.
Moreover,Bakreebah also reviewed the essential to any plan represented by time, money and effort, referring to several skills proposed before drawing up a plan : skills as (linking planning to strategy, and analysis of power, weakness, opportunities and threats, critical thinking, and planning processes, shaping and building the strategy and implementation, planning the overall scenario, giving priority to the needs of, as well as analytical skills for planning.
At the end of the lecture Bakreebah presented some important tips for the effective applications of the Action Plan.
