The
event witnesses the announcement of the annual winners

facilities are competing for Dr. Ghazi Al Gosaibi
Award for Best Promising institution 2016, the winners will be announced in the
annual event in Asharqia Chamber, honored by the Prince of the Eastern Province, His
Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif in the evening of Tuesday, November 22,
2016 in the Sheraton Hotel in Dammam.
The
Scientific Committee is working these days on observing the participating institution to watch their activities closely and evaluating according to the criteria
for the award, through frequent visits by the Committee to the headquarters of
those institution.
For
his part, Chairman Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al Ataishan said that the event,
which is held (for men) is an opportunity to invest in this gathering in enhancing
the positive communication that all in the service of the country, urging the
business sector and all the Chamber partners in
the government and private cultural institutions and media institutions to
attend this event.
Al Ataishan said that the event reflects the keenness of the Chamber to hold meetings
that to intensifies ties and relations between all its participants, the
business sector and between the various segments of society, the private
sector, pointing to the importance of the annual event as the Forum motivates the interaction,
explaining that the reception is seeking to achieve the direct communication with
officials and directors of government departments and officials of the private
sector in the region.
He
pointed that the wife of His Highness the Prince of the Eastern Province
Princess Abeer bint Faisal bin Turki will patronize the annual reception
organized by the Chamber for Businesswomen, the evening of the following day,
on Wednesday, November 23, 2016, saying that the organization of this event
continuously reflects the care of Asharqia Chamber in enhancing women business
performance in the region and encouraging their economic role.
The
nomination for the award is according to several conditions: " identification
matching of the user of the Chamber for each sector, the presence of a clear headquarters and address to the institution in the eastern region, and to be
owned or managed by Saudi nationals, and the project was established not less
than ten years, in addition to the availability of commercial registration or
license, with the participation of the Chamber and all are valid.
Supervising
Committee confined five economic sectors that are: (Supportive and light industries and
services, entertainment, tourism, restaurants, business services and
information technology, educational services, training and consulting,
engineering design services and decoration), by choosing three institutions of each sector (i.e. 15 nominees
institutions to win the award).
It
is worth mentioning that the scientific committee for the award consists of a
number of academics and officials are: Mohammed Al Owaid Chairman of the
Committee, Adil Al Sarami, Vice Chairman of the Committee, Dr. Abdul Nasser Al Sayyah, and Dr. SalehAl Shibl, and Fahd Al Qahtani,
and Khalid Al Thawadi and Bader Al Rzeza, and Omar Al Ghamdi.
